Ultrasonic vibrators (ultrasonic transducers) such as 28KHZ/40KHZ/25KHZ/68KHZ/80KHZ/120KHZ/200KHZ are widely used in electronics industry, machinery industry, automobile, electroplating, chemical fiber, optics, bearing and other industries. Such as cleaning magnetic cores, oil nozzles, auto parts, electroplating hardware tools, chemical fiber spinnerets, optical lenses, bearings, tools, tableware, medical equipment, precision hardware, watch parts, gold and silver jewelry, electronic components. Principles of ultrasonic vibrator arrangement:
(1) Cleaning of different product arrangements has different requirements, such as the degree of oil pollution of the product, the difficulty of cleaning, the level of cleaning requirements, and the design of the cleaning process, all require targeted selection.
(2) The arrangement of the vibrator is not as much and as dense as possible, and the proper one is the best.
Steps to install the ultrasonic vibrator and preparation tools:
1. Preparation tools: argon arc welding, No. 10 Allen wrench, ferrochrome tin wire, 2.5 square high temperature wire, appropriate amount of 2*2.5 cable, vibrator glue, (stripping pliers, casing, cable ties, sandblasting machine, pipe fittings, etc.).
2. Welding screws: Calculate the arrangement position of the vibrator, weld the screws on the cleaned position, and then clean the surrounding area of the screws, making sure to make them flat so as not to affect the installation of the vibrator.
3. Glue configuration: mix the glue evenly according to the specified proportion. (Merui, Araldite, and 4030 glue are mixed before bonding, and KMD398 glue is mixed during bonding).
4. Install the vibrating head: spread the glue evenly on the bottom of the ultrasonic vibrator, and squeeze out the air and excess glue between the contact surface of the bottom of the transducer and the bottom of the cylinder by gently twisting, so that the vibrator is more closely integrated with the stainless steel as a whole .
5. Curing and condensation: curing in a place with a relatively high room temperature, it can be wired for 4-8 hours, and the test machine can be powered on after 24 hours. The test machine is absolutely not allowed to vibrate.
Remarks: 1. A metal seed nailing machine can also replace argon arc welding. 2. The welding screw must be fully welded, otherwise it will easily fall off. 3. Regarding curing, the temperature should be considered for the length of time. If the temperature is low, the time will be long. If the temperature is high, it will be faster. It is recommended to operate at room temperature. Even if it is heated, do not overheat it.
